This includes making sure clean, running water is accessible, electrical panels are modern and in proper working order, and hot water heaters are installed or replaced as needed. We also ensure that HVAC systems are fully operational, providing safe heating and cooling for the home.

We also adapt kitchens and bathrooms for easier use and ensure pathways are clear and accessible throughout the home.

Mortgage Assistance

What Mortgage Assistance Include:

While not a regular service, Homeward Foundation offers mortgage assistance in select cases where homeowners face extreme financial hardship.

This support is available for those struggling with unpaid mortgages due to overwhelming medical bills, recent divorce, or the loss of a spouse, leaving them without immediate income.

Our Goal:

To provide temporary relief, giving homeowners the time they need to secure employment and regain financial stability, ensuring they can continue providing for their families during life’s most challenging moments.

Lives Saved

What Lives Saved Means To Us:

Transforming lives goes beyond home repairs—we are deeply committed to nurturing spiritual growth and sharing the love of Jesus.

We partner with a local church to ensure that every homeowner we assist has the opportunity to learn about and grow in their relationship with Jesus. For those who haven’t yet accepted Jesus as their Savior, we offer them that invitation, providing a safe space to explore their faith.

If they’re not ready, we connect them with trusted church leaders who can answer their questions, offer guidance, and provide ongoing accountability.

Additionally, through the generosity of our donors, we gift a Bible to each homeowner whose life is transformed through our mission, ensuring they have a lasting reminder of God’s love and the hope that comes from faith.
